Congratulations! Based on the responses you’ve provided so far, it looks like you and your partner might be a good fit for this program. However, we need your partner to complete this survey to be able to know for sure.

You should receive an e-mail in a little bit (at the e-mail address you provided to us in the survey). In that email is information on next steps and a link for your partner to complete a second survey.

Please forward the email you receive to your partner. Using the link in that e-mail will help us identify you and your partner as a couple; therefore, do not provide that link to anyone else! (If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your “junk” or “clutter” folder.)

After your partner completes the second survey, we’ll send an e-mail to both of you letting you know if you’re eligible to continue. (Final eligibility depends on your responses, your partner’s responses, and the combination of the two.) If you’re not, we’ll provide you a number of suggestions for things you can do to improve or strengthen your relationship.
